  • What are your tax and shipping charges?
Shipping is via USPS at a flat rate of $5.00 per order regardless of amount ordered.  If you live in Georgia then 7% tax will be added.
  • Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final on fabrics and wholesale orders unless a definite mistake has been made on my end from the original order.  No refunds will be made on custom orders.  Size runs are as is on all blanks and order sets offered at wholesale pricing.
  • Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, you will have to provide your Tax ID number and a copy of your valid business license prior to ordering and set up a wholesale account with Just Sew Pretty Too.  This is required for audit purposes.  Should we be audited, your valid Tax ID number is required for wholesale purchases.  This is not just your social security number and will be required every January 1st of each year. Wholesale orders have a minimum purchase of $50.
  • Do you offer sales?

Yes, sales will be periodically offered for non-wholesale items.  Wholesale pricing remains at a constant amount and will not be offered at a lower price unless they are on clearance or closeout.

  • Do you disclose where your embroidery designs come from or who does the sewing for your clothing?
Yes, all the embroidery designs you see pictured are featured from our sister website and are available for instant download there.  Currently all sewing for Just Sew Pretty Too is provided by a 2 person team to insure quality and consistency on all items offered.
  • What is your turnaround time on your website items both wholesale and non-wholesale?
Non-wholesale items like fabrics will ship within 48 hours.  Items are shipped via USPS and shipping/address information MUST be obtain in full and completed at checkout or this WILL DELAY your shipment.
Wholesale items will ship no later than 7 days from order date.
